Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities: Administer onboarding activities including but not limited to, coordinating HR-related communications, completing work authorization activities, and review of new hire survey results. Conduct full-cycle recruitment process for operations, sales, or corporate positions, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates. Ensure follow-up on human resources audit and compliance initiatives and see them through to 100% completion. Update business managers, HR Business Partners and employees as it relates to immigration matters by liaising with our third-party immigration team. Administer organizational rewards and recognition programs. Compile and report out on various HR metrics and dashboards. Establish and maintain the data in our vendor management system to track agency contracts and agreements. Regularly update the monthly human resources budget accruals. Assists in proactively monitoring and reporting out on the labor landscape by researching and tracking changes to company-specific industry sectors. Tackle HR projects and participate in continuous improvement of key initiatives. Assist in compensation administration as needed.

A Succesful Candidate Will Have: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field required. 2 plus years of relevant administrative experience in Human Resources. Confident in their ability to distill, prepare and present information via MS Excel. Experience with an HRIS system such ADP, a plus. Exposure to and experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferred. Superior organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all employees within the organization. Excellent analytical and data visualization skills (including advanced skill in Excel) preferred. Demonstrated ability to think critically. Availability to work in-person at our HQ location in Montvale, NJ four days a week.
